The Navtech Group team marked another success story, completing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for their client Palladium and their retail brand PALLTEX - a leading Bulgarian manufacturer and distributor of workwear, medical clothing, and personal protective equipment. Navtech Group applied their in-depth expertise and professionalism to ensure the successful and seamless completion of a key milestone in the company’s broader digital transformation.

As of 1st May, PALLTEX is now able to manage their entire business through a unified, next-generation ERP ecosystem - from textile imports and warehouse logistics to retail and financial control. The successful go-live delivers immediate, measurable results: manual operations have been reduced by 30% and order processing is now twice as fast.

The solution is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, extended with the retail platform LS Central, modern POS terminals with direct fiscal document printing, loyalty programme management, and seamless connectivity between physical stores and the online channel. The implementation also includes warehouse management integrations – Mantis and PocketNAV - ensuring maximum speed and accuracy in stocktaking and order fulfilment. The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is expected to reduce reliance on manual processes and improve the accuracy and traceability of operational and financial data.
